Simple, agreed charges
How your
price works.
One visit can cover several agreed tasks. The call-out charge applies once to that booked visit.
Diagnosis is credited against a repair
The £45 diagnosis fee is credited against approved repair labour for the same fault. It is not added again on top of the full repair price.
Fixed price or hourly support
We use one agreed charging method for the same work. General hourly support is £80 for the first hour, then £20 per additional 15 minutes.
Extras are agreed first
Parts, licences, subscriptions, storage and any additional visit are confirmed before you commit. Starting prices depend on the device and scope.

What does the call-out fee cover?
Travel and attendance within the agreed service area. Diagnosis, repairs and other technical work are charged separately. The full scope and price are agreed before chargeable work starts.
Do I pay for diagnosis as well as a repair?
The diagnostic fee is credited against an approved repair for the same fault. If you choose diagnosis only or decline the repair, the call-out and diagnosis charges remain payable.
Will a fixed-price job also be charged by the hour?
Fixed-price work and hourly support are alternative charging methods for the same work. Any extra work or change of scope is agreed with you first.
Can you help without visiting?
Yes, suitable software issues can be handled remotely by arrangement. Remote support is charged per 30 minutes with no call-out fee. We will confirm whether your issue is suitable.
What is included in setup and migration?
The package includes new-computer setup and transfer of up to 250GB from one healthy old computer, supported bookmarks and up to three compatible standard applications using your licences. Specialist applications, email archives and business databases are quoted separately.
Are parts and software included?
Replacement parts, storage devices, software licences, subscriptions and cabling are extra unless explicitly included in your quotation. You approve those costs before purchase or installation.
Will I be charged for another visit?
If a return visit is needed, its price and whether another call-out fee applies will be confirmed before it is booked.

An enquiry starts the conversation. Your appointment, scope and price will be confirmed directly before work is scheduled.
